GridironHistory.com Statss on your site/forum sig?One of the things that sets GridironHistory.com from almost all of the other sites where you can get scores is the fact that we provide you with the tools and resources to be able to add stats that we've collected over time to YOUR site or to use on your forum signature.
Whether you're sharing your favorite team's current schedule and standings or showcasing a marquee match up between two teams to showing off random stats of a team you're passionate about, Gridironhistory.com makes these tools and resources available to you. The best part of all of this? It's absolutely FREE, and you don't even have to know how to write HTML or Forum BBC (Bulletin Board Code). We take the guesswork right out of the equation for you. While it's not mandatory that you use the Linkable Image code, you are heavily encouraged to use this code, since we're providing this information to you for free. If you want to just get to the guts of everything, click on "Get the Code!", otherwise keep reading to find out what we have available! Random Team & Conference StatsThis one shows random stats for both individual teams as well as a randomly selected team in a specific conference (you can choose which one you'd like). Please see the "Get the Code!" tab on the left to generate the code for the specific format you would like. This is available for all 124 Division I-A schools as well as Georgia State (DI-AA - CAA), Old Dominion (DI-AA - CAA) and Sewanee (DIII - SAA). If no specific school is indicated, it'll display one of these 127 schools randomly.
Stats currently available: Team vs Team Team Overtime Records Team records at a specific City A Team's First Game (More Stats coming soon!) A Team's Current ScheduleThis one shows the season results for games played and series records for games not yet played. This is available for all 124 Division I-A schools as well as Georgia State (DI-AA - CAA), Old Dominion (DI-AA - CAA) and Sewanee (DIII - SAA). If no specific school is indicated, it'll display one of these 127 schools randomly.
2021 Conference StandingsThis one shows the current season's Records, Conference Records and Points Scored (PF) & Points Allowed (PA) for all teams in a specific conference. This is available for all Division I-A conferences. If no specific conference is indicated, it'll display one of these DI-A Conferences randomly.
Team vs. TeamThis one shows stats for Team A vs. Team B. This is available for all 124 Division I-A schools as well as Georgia State (DI-AA - CAA), Old Dominion (DI-AA - CAA) and Sewanee (DIII - SAA). If no specific school is indicated, it'll display one of these 127 schools randomly.

For Random Conference Stats, even though you can pick any conference, only DI-A schools are actually fully audited/completed. November 16th, 2012UPDATE #1: @JayBeck12, via Twitter, alerted me (Douglas) to an issue with the code generator pointing to the wrong stats image files in the code generator. I have since fixed this. Thank you, Jay!
November 15th, 2012UPDATE #1: Separated out Random Conference Statistics from Random Team Statistics. If you were using Random Conference Stats, please update your code to reflect the new file name.
UPDATE #2: Brand new layout for Random Team Statistics. Resized image, gave the image a new look and increased font sizes slightly. See Sample Images for more information. UPDATE #3: Removed the list of Available Schools & Confernces tab. Was causing some minor loading issues for this page. We already cover which conferences are supported, plus school names are easy to access across the site. November 12th, 2012UPDATE #1: Introduced a brand new "Narrow Schedule" feature. See Sample Images for specifications.
October 28th, 2012UPDATE #1: Relaid Image Stats page out to a better layout. Added which specific images are getting hits.
October 12th, 2012UPDATE #1: Added some behind the scenes coding on this page to filter out hit/view tracking from known search engines as well as IP addresses that trace to a web hosting facility.
UPDATE #2: Now displaying how many views and on which sites (sorted by most active to least active). Don't want your site listed? Contact us! UPDATE #3: Team vs Team graphic updated, now shows first game ever and most recent result between two teams. Factors in if they've never met, as well. October 11th, 2012UPDATE #1: Page Launched after 2 weeks of hard core web coding. This page is actually 6 different scripts, merged into a single page. OUCH!
UPDATE #2: There was an issue with tracking which web sites these images were placed on. I modified the code to provide a more accurate report (See Image Stats Tab) |
